Where is MRC Performance located?
MRC Performance is based in Bayswater, Victoria.
Bayswater is part of the major manufacturing zone in Victoria that includes Dandenong, Bayswater, Knox, Ferntree Gully, Scorsby and many others.
Our Factory address is 36 Industry place, Bayswater, VIC, 3153.


SHIPPING 

Can I pick the item up?
If you would prefer to pick your item up from our factory, that’s completely fine! Pick-up is available on 95% of items that we stock but please call 03 9761 7144 to make sure that we have your item in stock and available for pick up.


When will it be dispatched?
Your item will be dispatched within 1-2 days on all standard working days. We dispatch our items up to 3 times a day so that you’ll get your delivery as soon as possible.


Do you offer parcel tracking?
For peace of mind, tracking numbers are applied to majority parcels that leave MRC Performance. This will allow you to see where your item is and how soon you can expect to receive it. If it doesn't arrive by the expected date, do not hesitate to contact us on 03 9761 7144.


How long will it take?
All MRC Performance products are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please. There are two possible options that can be selected during the check-out process, regular post and express post. Delivery times vary from seven working days for regular post. The other option being express post, where your product will be delivered within two business days in any capital city and three days outside any capital city.


RETURNS

What happens if I order the wrong part or change my mind?
Everyone makes mistakes! And sometimes things you order might not be quite what you want… We are happy to exchange any item within 30 days as long as we get the items back in new/saleable condition. The only thing we ask is that you return the item at your expense.


What about refunds?
We only offer refunds on change of mind within 7 days of purchase but please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to let us know the details. It must, however, be in new/saleable condition and the item must be returned at your expense. After 7 days and within 30 days we would be happy to offer you an exchange on new condition items.
 

WARRANTY

What happens if my item arrives in unusable condition?
We take great care in packaging your products appropriately to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason your product is damaged during shipment you can trust us to deal with this in a fair manner. Where possible we will exchange your item at no cost to you. Each case will be assessed by our team to figure out the best course of action. To report a damaged item please contact us on 03 9761 7144.


What happens if my item is faulty?
If for any reason you receive a product that is faulty due to manufacturing, it must be returned within 14 days, where appropriate testing will then take place. If it is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund (including expenses of posting the item) or you can opt to exchange the item. If it is found that the product is damaged due to misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product it will not be accepted by MRC Performance for a return.
